My questions are simply your conclusions. I think your bitterness for NBEV got the better of you on this one. Fishing a bit too hard. None of what you say in conclusion from the article makes sense, even the article, poorly written, does not make sense.
You are correct, "best answered by the parties involved.". And the parties have already relayed what's up. BevNet's article confirms this too, yet author writes poorly and with somewhat mixed interpretation of agreements made between Docklight and NewAgeBev.

MellowMood your clue too. That's an NBEV brand. Maybe it will be "produced" by Docklight, yet NewAgeBev will manufacture it, and take 50%.
