I think it is quite clear and well enough composed, just maybe, like all the suffering longs, what you don't care to hear. NBEV has an investor relations staff and legal counsel, and, as in the Grizzly report, they have not cared to refute anything written there. And, they have not reported any CBD rollout, Marley or otherwise, missing guidance deadlines (a.k.a. HYPE) by a country mile.
