Is this why we are seeing the Fed in over time action these days?




IMO...my conclusions as of October 13, 2019 @ 0106 CST:

1) WMI is the parent holding company of WMB and WMB, fsb.

2) Since WMI is a holding company, the Federal Reserve Board is the entity that regulates holding companies such as WMI, not the FDIC.

[color=red]3) Retained interests in bankruptcy remote MBS Trusts (assets of WMI) are regulated solely by the Federal Reserve Board, not by the FDIC or any other entity.[/color]
