Haven't read the whole document either.

But read enough to realize this new Rule (if adopted) will likely drastically affect OTC stocks currently traded by OTCMarkets' broker-dealer system (believe its called OTC Link ATS).

Probably won't happen for at least a year or so, but still seems like a shot across the bow of companies such as SIGO, who are behind a year or more in their financial filings.

Don't know how this might affect form 15 filings. Will just have to wait and see.
