And I agree with the merger still being on as of right now. one of the very last post I made here I said all of my other concerns have been put to rest, pertaining to that email you mentioned, and the confirmation I received that it was in fact authentic.

Only concern left is how long this is going to take to resolve...and if it turns out to be the year and a half Mills was hoping to avoid, Will APL still be willing to ride it out once their license hits or even the start of phase 2. That email you speak of showed they planned on seeing this through at the moment.

Just wish I could peek into Eugene’s mind for 10 seconds. I feel this entire thing is riding on his intentions...he has the 10m shares already....why wouldn’t he want this merger to go through?
