I wonder if his tone changed because he’s exhausted about the situation + it was the end of the conversation. + he’s likely been answering a lot of people contacting him I assume...rather than doubt about it going through. I could imagine that being very plausible based on what you said about the conversation. Also, someone else contacted him from what I heard and he was very confident about their merger in his response. Based on what I’ve heard from these various sources, my opinion is that this merger is going through. HDii too. They may have to deal with Eugene but I can’t imagine it stopping the merger this far along and with the deep pockets of APL. I’m holding and optimistic.
