They did not actually make it to court. Petrovic filed the lawsuit. Then Petrovic filed the dismissal. Court was not due to happen till 2020.

Obviously throwing up a roadblock at a strategic time worked for him. However he had a roadblock to throw up, all we can do is make noise.

The good indicator here is that they were eager to settle the issue quickly, they must have something important happening that motivated them.

This may be gathering steam for deals happening soon.
