For the last and final time... I contacted IR.. twice.. they confirmed that the shares were purchased on the open market. They were not granted, nor purchased through the company. If anyone has doubts regarding this issue I strongly suggest you contact IR and due some DD. Tom Colton is very responsive and I’m sure he can answer any question anyone has about the transaction code. I additionally suggest that when it comes to filings and material facts, you keep your assumptions to yourself as they can be misleading to anyone reading this board.
