I thought this company

Had no business potential in Montana due to law language, Michele was said to be unable to obtain a Gambling license, and they were not developing anything and was basically pissing money away? This was said by the old BOD that quit in unison clearly burnishing their "Good Corporate Governance" cred... but , alas, they are taking bets in Montana, there are clearly licenses issued, and, income rolling in. What was that letter from the BOD about? Appears it was more for character assassination than any concerns about shareholders.
