If this was just about acquiring Diabetes Relief, then all the audits would have had plenty of time. There would be no need to include a Liprostin in LOI and what would Summers need to “dispute”.

DR facilities and patients provide an efficient path for trial and monetizing.. But the money may be at the door to let loose on phase 3 clinical which is immensely more lucrative and has huge implications for companies such as Biomedix and furthering treatment/clinical efforts in the Diabetes space.

Wealth funds just don’t park $300k in a penny stock for giggles.. and they are not looking to flip for a few % points either..

Market cap of 800k could easily be 10x in a flash and maybe 50x depending on strength of investment, partnership, projections...
