I don't know if I believe in MM signals.
What I have noticed is lots of 999s crossing the board. 999,999 lots today 9,999,999 if an RS was coming of 10k to 1 why would anyone buy in odd lots?

Supposedly if one believes in the 9s as signals that is "fake wall"

I have made sure that my shares are divisible by 10k just in case.
