Ferd, it is ok to disclose material / inside info as long as it is done in a public and even playfield manner. that is what PRs are all about.

with this one- nothing in content that was improper- but likely was a means to control action. an "oops" release- "just kidding". lol.

likely, smart longs will get the nature of it.

unsure folks and drive-by onlookers will read the worst out of it- which IMO is intended.

market maker keeps action suppressed on L2, making it look like even less of an attractive play.
