Clearly 'the Johans' cant go all medieval about this contract, or perhaps even a new contract. This 'sit and wait' mode sucks ass, period. Now that we have seen omega is going to cry and bitch and moan about anything TMPS wins, it seems they (Johans/Tempus) have chosen to just stay silent no matter what.
That said, there are many other ways they could be helping out their investment/our investment with very little PR effort. What does it cost to put out a fluff PR with some generic pump statements like 'we are currently working on up to date audited financials', or 'we are working toward relisting on NASDAQ', even if they aren't? Just some innocent fluff that no one can deny or disprove. Just something to show us they're still in the game and not in total ostrich mode, doing the absolute bare minimum on the PR front.
