Lets see what 'multiple contract awards' the Navy comes up with. As far as I know, no new announcements from the September 12th thing. The demand didn't go away, its still there and the Navy has to address it somehow.
IMO there are many ways around the entitlement shysters. Think outside the box. The Navy could buy TriStar to get those planes if they really wanted to. Hell, I bet they would buy Tempus for the current joke valuation of $6.2 million cash if they could! LOL no way the Johans would take that.
Navy/DoD has already shown us they want those TriStars refueling fighter jets. I guess they didn't know the flying fossil fleet would turn into the desperate welfare rats that they have IN MY OPINION.
