As soon as I saw the word "de-scoping" I felt as though another 8K had been issued that would greatly discourage the faint-hearted.
Is the word describing a legal term? I doubt it, but any questionably defined word that starts with the prefix de, instantly flags the text as something negative for many. Enough of this word game Garbage. Intends to... Garbage.

I have also been very wary of companies that don't communicate with their shareholders. This is a public company and there exists an obligation to communicate. I understand it's competition and being careful and not giving away so much that the competitors can figure out exactly what your strategy is ETC. But we are all due communication and if we go much longer without it I'm sorry that in itself might be enough for me to bail no matter how good the potential is.

The last thing I want to see right now is for the SEC to come in and say in case you hadn't heard we're cracking down on delinquent filers. So, that's said, we are going to suspend you. Or worse, we are de- listing you. Thank you good day.

I think tempus is probably a very good company, a profitable company and a company with a ton of potential but as an investor I'm sitting in a room with the lights off in the door is locked and no one will say really what's going on in the company. I'm getting close to my threshold. If I want to be badly treated there's lots of other companies on the OTC I can tangle with and have more fun doing it.

Spock....a Vulcan venting? Oh, yes I am. And the fumes may be less than environment friendly.
