Assuming they can actually hold onto their tier 1 (which is the real reason why the sp has tanked in recent months), IMO they should be closing shop on anything international that’s clearly not going anywhere, and focus on tier 2 and other high likelihood domestic markets. Stick the comfort zone, build up scale and then try to beach out. Trying to do everything at once and failing at it is not helping. And it makes your core business worse off too.
