Time will tell I’m 70/30 we will see something in the near future.

Large deals over 25mill are very difficult for any company to obtain.

Great intention but bureaucracy gets in the way. Since 2010 PHIL has acquired larger positions in many companies. This is making it easier to obtain those deals.

Simpler way of explaining this is why don’t you try going to the bank and asking for a personal loan for say $50,000 and having limited credit and low balances in your checking. Who will take that kind of risk, not many banks.

In my line of work anything over 25mill is a major undertaking and takes months or years to complete. No single bank is going to back that venture. It would be a group of lenders or investors bickering amongst each other along the way.
