Y'all are wasting your time sending emails. Until they have DNS records setup with a Public DNS provider, nothing will route to Validian's Mailserver. Just go to mxtoolbox and check for dns records for Validian.com. Much faster then spending 3 hours awaiting a response... You non technical people make me giggle.
