Keeping it real, and objective...

$NGTF's 10-K, due out by Oct 15th, will show that the second calendar QTR, ending June 30, 2019..did not have revenues as good as the previous QTR ending Mar. 31, 2019.

This is not surprising, as the initial outstanding publicity and euphoria, surrounding the Nightfood ice cream launch, subsided a bit, and sales slipped.

We are now back at it, and hope to see an increase in distribution, marketing, and publicity, continuing with record Nightfood revenues, which the company reported as unaudited 3rd QTR calendar, in excess of $200,000.

Our company's pipeline is full of, potentially game-changing catalysts, which when accomplished and announced, should dramatically increase shareholder value.

Patience, perseverance and knowing, as shareholders, what we hold...could very well be life changing, if goals are attained.

...and, imo, they are very much attainable.

Nightfood, Inc. (OTCQB: NGTF), the start-up ice cream company addressing America’s $50 billion nighttime snacking problem, announced today that unaudited quarterly revenues for the quarter ended September 30, 2019 exceeded $200,000.

Revenue for the quarter exceeded the previous high set in the quarter ending March 31, 2019.

The majority of quarterly revenues were from preexisting distribution partners ordering product to replenish inventory levels which decrease as consumers continue to buy more Nightfood off the shelves.

The other significant component was the initial order from our newest supermarket distribution partner.
