I'm still waiting for Franky to fulfill his promise to explain franchise laws to me.

As to the 8-K, there have been quite a few developments at VEND over the past year that probably should have been the subject of an 8-K, if only to correct the misimpression they created in previous announcements (Remember when they announced that Stoelting was going to be their manufacturer, for example?).

And anyone who confesses they have paid illegal commissions on stock sales and hasn't bothered to correct it is a lot less worried about compliance than things like appropriate 8-Ks. Whether to file an 8-K may be a legitimate judgment call, but payment of commissions to unregistered salespeople is black and white.
