Something Happened to MILV a massive block of restricted was issued.. Around 812,000,000 Shares give or take per 10/4/2019 TA UPDATE.. OS/AS Maxed out. No Dilution can occur so Float will Stay around 290 Million for awhile... Looks like something about to happen..
