I doubt that the 10-K will be filed next week. And that means the franchise docs won't be updated and renewed on time. If I'm right, by about this time next week, there will be -

- Non-compliance with SEC requirements

In addition to -

- No manufacturing

- No ability to sell new franchises

- Answers coming due in a few lawsuits

- No investors saving the day


But, hey, they did get an answer on file to one of the lawsuits, and payroll expenses are going down! And they still have (some?) of those kiosks!
