Then they shouldn’t comment on upcoming PRs in their CCs. It leads to expectation from the shareholders and destroys credibility in management when they don’t deliver. You say they don’t release PRs to affect share price; saying they will release news within a given time frame is the same thing. And if they don’t, they were just pumping the stock.
