Yep...

LCYB/the JV bought a lot of patents, about 19 pages of them, in the bankruptcy liquidation. They own them and will make corn sludge all by themselves. Recommend reading that 6th monitor's report, it's all in there.

LCYB has nothing to do with BioAmber. They're going to make corn sludge all by themselves. What then? What will the fairy tale be?
