I'm looking at the conditions facing us right now. We need a new face right now, no time for interviews and trying to figure out how on earth we will pay for that "so called right person" We have nothing to offer anyone. We are in crisis mode as far as I can see. His position and growth in the Company depended on him knowing what was going on. There are a ton of willing ad visors sitting there with a ton of their money at risk, he'll have all the help he needs. Any new face will change the perception of the Company moving forward. Change makes change. JMHO GLTY
