My opinion, he can't, and he won't.....There are already LARGE Cannibus companies that have their own laboratory where they will be testing everything they cultivate, and it will be able to test for much much more than some funky broken device...this will become standard for MJ companies who cultivate to have their own laboratory, and provide in depth info to retailers as to whats in each crop.....consumers will not need to worry about this, nor will they need to purchase some funky device to retest....hahahahahahah
