This is not a pump and dump stock; the merging company is real and DD here is solid.

The company also updates shareholders mostly with 8-k filings; they can’t lie with 8-k filings

Just research SAEAN and the management team. Your attorney is right with most of the pinksheet stocks being junks but there are exceptions and this is one of them.
