Somebody refute this. (IMO)That until SOMEBODY, ANYBODY, makes an attempt to reopen the merger filings with the State of Nevada AND deposits some money into the special aquisition corporation there, these stocks that we trade are not only valueless but are not even registered to the S.Bros Ltd. in Canada. We do not KNOW who owns the corporation, therefore we do not know who owns the stock.

Go to Nevada. Pull down the merger info filed. See the default status due to lack of funding, lack of Board of Directors.

That this company in Canada continues to NOT address this issue, and continues to pretend to be the the legal entity represented by the shares of stock trading on the market is blatant fraud. If you do NOT fund the stocks, put your name on them, you do not have the right to trade them in your name. Whoever owns the SPAC is relying on the similarity of names to carry this forward. Total BS.

PR's stating that the "assets have been received by the State of Nevada", were a lie. That never happened. The continued reference to "AF's" is blowing hot air. There is no place for this company to file AF's. S.Bros in Canada, is, legally still a private company.

The shares we trade are registered in the name of the SPAC. "Sulja Bros. Special Purpose Aquisition Corp." Totally different than S.Bros, Canada.
