What's the latest calculation/speculation as to what, realistically, escrows could get? If anything comes, will it come, mainly, from trusts that are in safe harbor? Will anything, possibly, come from JPM paying book value for WM assets they received?
If anything is coming, how long after BK closes can we expect to get paid?
Considering the signed releases, if escrows "gets skunked", what are our options to try to get "fair and reasonable"?
Any sincere attempt to answer these important questions, that I'm sure many escrows holders are wondering about, will be greatly appreciated.
