No Ron, your wrong IMO. We who have P's got screwed. If the the whole class of 19 was dinged with the 1% instead of the P's only I might not be so pissed, however them being placed in the P's was unfair, coupled with them getting more than face perhaps causes double heartburn. If the Underwriters are placed in common's, then that will equate to 3% since they are only 75%....and if it you are correct about the Commons receiving the balance of the estate it could be around 4% depending on the total return. It will cost many of us either way. It makes sense to me that SNH who held class 19 other than the P's were behind whacking the P's. Perhaps this was actually negotiated by Mike Willingham since the Commons he had would be unaffected. It was a shady deal and everyone knows it. Your anger over this is uncalled for and you know it. This 1% could easily cost many P holders more than $100,000. After 11 years many of us still have morals and want justice. Most of the anger is from Common holders who are unaffected and believe this is holding things up, but the truth of the matters is , the LT and Rosen held back on the Nutmeg as a delay tactic until the timing is right.

By the way, You know as well as I that Alice never worked for WG&M as alleged, had that not been publicly declared by AZ
this feud and anger would have never stated. That is a fact! I suggest you drop even mentioning or referring to her in such a demeaning way because of you anger.

I believe Alice has P's and I believe she released. If not, several of us will be more than disappointed.

I posted several instances where Rosen and others use the word purported or derivatives of "porport" in many instances for nothing more than to raise doubt about something when they know damn well something that had been stated was factual. It was nothing more than a ploy to raise doubt. I can't think of one attorney that doesn't use the word "Purported as part of their defense when they have NOTHING.

I do hope that you and AZ are rewarded for your effort and investment just as I wish that for every true long that has been here for over 11 years. Take care.
