Always interesting to see people claiming to have insider information. 100 percent BS. Mersky's 2017 debacle showed his true colors. Claiming all these combined companies were going to be in the DRNK/Imbutek umbrella. Did he change DRNK to Imbutek? No, he created a new entity, Imbutek, and placed all the other companies under that umbrella. Leaving DRNK's shareholders dry. Not only did he create imbutek, but he took over the Sibannac shell and moved those "entities" over to himself when Sibannac "bought" those said entities. Again, leaving DRNK shareholders holding the bag. The 2017 PR campaign fraudulently enticed many unsuspecting to buy DRNK thinking they were buying all those other companies as well. One was even purported to have millions in revenue. All 100 percent BS. Mersky is a scum bag whose company attorney now sits in prison for money laundering.

Luke Zouvas and David Mersky (NOHO, Inc) screwed the pooch when trying to sue GRAS. Zouvas a shareholder of both NOHO and GRAS at the time. Mersky fully aware of this. But what was blatantly disgusting was that Zouvas was not just DRNK's attorney of record in the lawsuit, but a co plaintiff as well. Therefore, had they actually been able to pull off the fraudulent lawsuit, they would have taken everything, leaving DRNK's shareholders dry again. But as it turned out, Mersky and Zouvas never answered one, NOT ONE request from any presiding judge. The lawsuit turned out to be just more PR fluff. Mersky should be charged accordingly.
