Look this is very simple by law Saleen was required to file on July 1st. They did not do so, they went deliquent, they did not file on time, they in fact stopped filing for 90 days. By filing the 10K does not erase the fact they were deliquent and had stopped filing timely reports. They can be revoked again at any time. That is not an opinion.
