"So if the buy back theory is true and they have been buying all these shares quietly for months then he proves to be a lair by his own words."

No it would not make him a liar, as would not matter if he indeed retired 5 billion shares for a NASDAQ he would still need to RS as well as reorganize the corp which he stated.

Instead of a 10 billion AS he would need to take that down to 10 mill to 50 mill and a smart thing to do would be to change PAR to at least .01 I would like to see PAR set high like $1.00 but I don't know of any company that has ever done that. As it would force a company to shell out and buy back shares until the price went back up over PAR.

"Par value is just a minimum. Nothing prevents a company from selling common stock for more than par value. That's why companies now routinely set their par value at a penny, or even a fraction of a cent. For example, Google's stock, like many, has a par value of one-tenth of a cent. Older companies, whose par values were set decades ago, often have higher values. IBM's common stock, for example, has a par value of 20 cents. Whatever the par value is, it's meaningless when the company goes to sell shares to the public. The company sells shares at whatever price the market will pay."

Also if stock value goes below par that means you can demand PAR exchange for the share price from the company. Kinda like an old Silver certificate where you could demand or exchange the dollar for silver equivalent. So no one would short below the PAR either, that would be like exchanging a $10 bill for a $5 bill.

I HOPE they bought back shares...we are going to find out. Someone bought up the shares that is a given.

So what is PAR value for Rennova? Is it .0001 or .00001? Im trying to find it...if its .0001 then they may well have soaked it up.

According to OTC there is no PAR value on Rennova.
