So your basically saying Seamus lied in the podcast. He said they will need to do a RS. Granted he can change his mind and all. But he said they don't see any other way around it. So if the buy back theory is true and they have been buying all these shares quietly for months then he proves to be a lier by his own words.

If they don't RS then he came up with a new plan or baited everyone with the 8k releases to get there shares. Well now in the next few days to weeks to months.

Don't get me wrong I would love for you to be right like all other investors.

Seems more likely people are hoping to sell there shares at .0001 and get out before the RS that's coming in the not so distant future. So many ways this can play out. If they do RS have some money available to average down.
