Regulatory law requires timely filings, you have not disproved that FACT. July 1st they were required to file the 10K by law, they did file not file, they stopped filing timely reports as required by regulatory law. Filing 90 days later does not erase that FACT, it also does not get them relief from the law, they can now be REVOKED yet again for failure to provide timely filings.
