Martinez and the Nats take game 2. Definitely a microcosm of the Nats bullpen situation:
1. Strasburg is lights out
2. Doolittle gives up a long ball but a decent play in the field minimizes the damage.
3. Scherzer is lights out
4. Hudson escapes a potential nightmare in the 9th, helped in no small part by Pollock taking a terrible swing at ball 4 after Turner's lead off double.

I can't believe Martinez didn't let Max finish the game. He threw 14 pitches in striking out the side in the 8th.
