Been watching for a long time here, almost added, but with the deff 14c there is now an added 4billion shares in the O/S for them to dilute and also a Reverse Split could happen at any time.

Assuming volume won't pick up and only about 40million being between here and .0001 I'd personally think they RS sooner than later.

Is at it's current 52w low, but once they ts it'll drop back down to sub penny quick. So losses may seem limited currently, but could be substantial.
