Wow!!! Awesome confirmation from the horses mouth. No RS. Two huge confirmation: custodianship awarded and no RS.

For this tiny float and OS, I would not rule out the possibility of a forward split at some time in the future. And if Cannabis REIT is rolled into this play, dividend would the driver for PPS rise. Its the dividend pay out that drove the 52 week high PPS of $140 for IIP*R. The market valuation of the company is over $1 billion dollars that only generated $14.8 million revenues in 2018. This translates into a revenue multiplier of almost 68.

What happens to our little ticker UNRG if Disanti could pull that kind of revenues in a year or so. That would lead to huge PPS gains for shareholders.

Based on IIP*R stats, remember gross profit and net incomes are over 95% and close to 50% respectively of revenues in the sector. It will be then easy to pay out dividend. As a result PPS would shoot through the roof.
