That was mighty nice of you to try and help this guy. He got a lot of grief and 'no can do' from several on here. I belong to a pinball machine hobby group and there are THOUSANDS of us on a forum. Most of the parts are made here in the USA and guys from Europe have a lot of trouble trying to buy replacement pieces. It can be very costly to stay on the phone a long time from Europe. I'm sure he could afford a 5 minute phone call, but odds are he could get the 'recording' thing where he's on hold for 20 minutes and then can't get connected to the one human he needs for the answer. Plus, we can speak the same language here. Poor guy over in UK speaks ENGLISH and it would be hard for him to understand a California accent! Ha.

I hope he posts back that he got the answer he was looking for. I am VERY sensitive to foreigners trying to communicate here from thousands of miles away. I've always appreciated the help of a local. I always get my German born friend to negotiate car rentals for me when I visit Germany. SO easy for him and SO difficult for me.
