Change is good. CYGX is at a crossroads; the skill sets of the former executives, IMHO, are or were entirely insufficient for transitioning this company from a purely start-up organization to a product-driven biotechnology-based concern. What we really need are people who are younger, more energetic, maintain a stacked Roladex and have some sizzle, simply because these are the only types that the Street will listen to. Furthermore, we need them yesterday, because with so many projects on-going, it does not seem to me that CYGX has the head-count to cover. But it's a chicken/egg thing. No head count, no money, no money, no head count.
