cracks me up some expect a CEO to give out info in an email. especially when that email is likely going to end up posted on a message board or tweeted. smh..

I mean, pick up the phone at least, make some effort to talk to someone if it's that important.

and yeh maybe be polite. a company is not responsible for poor trading skills or unreasonable and selfish expectations.

I thought his response was priceless! good for him. I'm actually surprised he responded at all.
