I will admit that I am one who equates *Andrew Left* with Black Beard. If it doesn't affect markets much, why allow it at all.

YES! YES!!! A damned thieving pirate who plunders from innocent people! If to be able to 'short' was put on a ballot, normal investors would vote the practice down. But a handful of slick thieves have devised a legal plot to be able to steal. I think the government ought to investigate this practice and cut it off.
