No, IMHO or speculative observation is that there was a compromised were neither extreme will happen besides I do not think preferreds will get just face right they will also received backed interest. I do not think commons will get all the spoils but they will get a fair and substantial compensation. I believe AZ, the spoils are class specific.

As everyone knows the problem here is the lack of transparency by the key people involve. We have been kept in the dark for a very long time.
