Nok ...."knows there really is something specific in the docs" - perhaps Nok is on a fishing trip HOPING there is something favorable to Nok in the docs. The docs might not be unsealed, or if they are, there might not be anything useful to them there e.g. of a conspiritorial nature by IDCC and Ericy against Nok? Unsealing the docs may or may not be adverse to IDCC, right?
