Is it a coincidence that first breakout with high volume dates in august coincide with the first note day?

Imo they spent $300k to buy shares in open market.

And if they want to spend another $600K to buy shares, would they want the pps to be low or to be high AT THE MOMENT?

We are not talking about the future PPS here.
