Art can you post on LIBE board and Please explain in layman terms what this means "commitment fee" to shareholders.......

In all my 60 yrs of brokering and trading --never heard of such a "fee"

Is this part of what's called --""till Death do us part Spiral Financing""????

This other part you mentioned----
a. Purchase of Note. On the Closing Date (as defined below), the Company shall issue and sell to the Buyer and the Buyer agrees to purchase from the Company such principal amount of Note as is set forth immediately below the Buyer’s name on the signature pages hereto. In connection with the issuance of the Note, the Company shall issue a common stock purchase warrant to Buyer to purchase 174,703,602 shares of the Company’s common stock (the “Warrant”) as a commitment fee upon the terms and subject to the limitations and conditions set forth in such Warrant.

At today's closing pps, that's about $70K in value I believe---if they exercised the warrant--can they???
