Then on April 27, 2016, MYDX says in its 2015 10-K...

As of the date of this Annual Report we have not developed or commercialized the OrganaDx, AquaDx or AeroDx sensors.

Then on April 25, 2019, MYDX said....

Significant resources have been deployed towards the development of the EcoSmartPen which is near completion and we expect to deploy on a limited basis as early as this summer.

Still no pen released here in Autumn 2019.

And why did MYDX give Erai Beckmann over $145K in cash and MYDX shares to consult, promote and market the pen in 2018 when we're almost at the end of 2019 and still no pen is out?
