A man begins noticing that

every time he farts it make the sound, "Honda." It continues for months and he goes to many doctors, with no luck. Finally one specialist at a very prestigious hospital refers him to a Japanese doctor. He goes to the Japanese doctor and describes his problem and the Japanese doctor sends him to a dentist, who finds an infected tooth, and does a root canal to remove the infection.

No sooner had the local anesthetic worn off then the man farted and it was silent. He went back to the Japanese doctor and asked how he figured it out so easily. The Japanese doctor said,
"everyone know abcess makes fart go Honda."
