PLEASE READ: The most recent, previous posts from some people is not true nor valid at all. I understand some of you have shorted this stock and it’s quite clear via some of your posts. I am the type of individual whom really does care about people, and want to see others succeed. So hopefully you listen when I say; stop shorting, for you will only be covering here very soon. That is fact! It’s frustrating sitting back and watching people (especially within the OTC) lose money when they could’ve made so much.
This stock is an absolute buy and hold.
FINRA is currently as slow as it’s ever been (effecting many other stocks as well). Application has already been submitted and alike every reverse merger in the entire existence of reverse mergers; it’s now on FINRA’s pace.
I know TOMI/Golden Triangles in-depth. The CEO is a professional and what I like most is he truly does value the shareholders interests. There’s no denying facts. It has been officially announced that a 2 BILLION authorized share reduction will occur upon the ticker change/merger completion, leaving the A/S at only 500M authorized shares. For current shareholder’s whom know just what that means, congrats!! For those who do not; that size of authorized share reduction alone puts the price target above $1. 2 billion to 500M A/S. This never happens ladies and gentlemen. Incredible! Really cool part is when you add in the large revenues currently being produced to this small A/S with such a tiny float.....again! Millionaires are born.
