There is not going to be an 8K, I can tell you that right now. This is not a fully reporting company, the filed form 15 to voluntarily deregister their shares, thus "An Alternative Reporting" status, the only way he become current is the quarterly and annual reports and attorney letter, then later on he can file the appropriate papers to become a fully reporting company. We need to take baby steps first, then everything else will come.
